Here are the general terms and conditions upon which Worldwide Editing provides editorial services. Additional terms and conditions may be negotiated separately.

• My work is based primarily on interviews with company officials or subject matter experts.
• I take a "trust but verify" approach to online research.
• I see but also take a "trust but verify" approach to  auto-generated AI information from chatbots.  
• I do not copy and paste from AI-generated content, Internet research or any other content.
• All  work will be provided on or before the previously agreed-upon deadline (unless there are extenuating circumstances, such as a medical emergency).
• All work I submit to you is my own and original work, and  it will not violate the rights of any third party.
• I work in Microsoft Word, including the original draft and any revises.
• My fee includes two revises. There is a fee of $250 an hour for additional revises.
• You assure me that any work you submit to me for editorial services  is your own work and that it will not violate the right of any third party. You further agree that if work you submit to me does violate the right of a third party you agree that you will indemnify me from any damages that third party may seek for the violation of his/her/its rights.
• If you submit work to me that you want to offer for publication to a third party, you understand and agree that I cannot guarantee a third party will publish the work.
• Unless negotiated differently in our contract, you retain the copyright on work you submit to me (assuming you own the copyright).
• I will not incur any expenses for travel or other purposes associated with work I perform for you without your prior approval and consent.
• The fee is due upon receipt of completed work.
