  Typically, Worldwide Editing collects from clients and prospective clients, among other standard information, a company name (if applicable), a street address, phone numbers (home, business, fax, cell), an e-mail address and a Web site url. To meet client needs, it also may be necessary for Worldwide Editing to collect non-public information about prospective work, work that has been submitted or other non-public business information.

    Other than possibly using your publicly available information as described in the Terms & Agreements for Worldwide Editing’s advertising or promotional purposes or to send you information about our services from time to time, Worldwide Editing will not sell, trade, rent or disclose your personal information to anyone, except that information which is publicly available or required by law. Your public information, except as described above, as well as your non-public information, both personal and business, will be used only by Worldwide Editing’s employees, associates or agents who need this information to provide the services you have requested. Worldwide Editing will continue to honor its commitment to confidentiality as written here (or, as possibly amended at a later date) even after Worldwide Editing has completed its services to you or if you become an inactive client.
